Baked Chicken Bacon Ranch Taquitos

They are quick and easy to throw together- you can prepare the filling early in the day and even roll the taquitos, keep them in the fridge, and then pop them in the oven when you are ready to eat dinner.

    This was the last meal that I got to make for my grandma. She loved it. I ended up putting white queso on top to make them more enchilada-ish.

    Turned out really good! I didn’t put bacon in it, I’m not a fan of bacon. (I know) but it was delicious! My husband, 3 year old and 9 month old loved it!
