View 0 More Comments...This was the last meal that I got to make for my grandma. She loved it. I ended up putting white queso on top to make them more enchilada-ish.
Turned out really good! I didn’t put bacon in it, I’m not a fan of bacon. (I know) but it was delicious! My husband, 3 year old and 9 month old loved it!
